Restraining Order Assistance

Open to the public every Monday from 9:00am—Noon in room 1001 of the Dane County Court House (next to Probate Court). Help from UW-Law school with completion of forms and procedures.

Small Claims Assistance

Open to the public every Tuesday from 9:00am-11:00am in room L1022 (Lower Level) of the Dane County Court House. Help with completion of forms and procedures for the following:

• Evictions
• Monetary
• Return of Property (Replevin)
• Garnishments

Family Law Assistance

Open to the public every Wednesday from 11:30am-1:30pm in room L1022 (Lower Level) of the Dane County Court House. Help with completion of forms and procecures for family court.
