• Once logged in, click on SEND MONEY NOW. This will get you to a screen of dropdown choices.
• On drop down choices select: State=WI > Facility Name=Iowa County Sheriff’s Dept > Last Name=Resident's last name. These are required fields to be able to access the screen that require your credit card information.

All incoming and outgoing mail must be postmarked and delivered through the U.S. Postal Service. Mail will not be accepted if dropped off at the jail. This includes greeting cards and magazines.

• Residents can use money from their commissary account to purchase phone time. Money can be added to JailATM™
• If you wish to order phone time, text or leave a voicemail for a resident, they must have an account set up with NCIC. https://account.ncic.com/login  You are then able to add funds to their account.

The Iowa County Jail’s commissary provider is Stellar Services, LLC. Commissary is ordered by the residents, via the computerized phone system. Residents may simply pick up the phone and select a code to order commissary. Residents may update or delete their orders at any time during the week. Commissary is processed and orders are packed and delivered on Wednesday of each week (excluding holidays). Residents must sign for their commissary orders.

Onsite Visitation: 

• All visits will be conducted using the kiosk system. 
• Public visitation hours are between: 
  • 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM 
  • 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM 
  • 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM 
• During these hours, visitors may schedule an onsite video visit at the Sheriff’s Office using the kiosk system. Onsite visits do not require the purchase of data. 
• Residents are allowed one 20-minute onsite visit per day. 
• Visitors are limited to visiting one inmate per visitation day. 
• Visitors must create an account through NCIC.com to schedule a visit.

• Visitors displaying disorderly or inappropriate conduct during a visit may have the visit terminated and may be prohibited from future visitation during the inmate’s incarceration. Visitors may also be subject to penalties under Wisconsin Statute §947.01 – Disorderly Conduct. 
• Residents on probation or parole may have visitation and/or phone restrictions as directed by their probation/parole agent. 

Offsite (Remote) Visitation: 

• All remote visits will be conducted using the kiosk system. 
• Remote visits require the inmate or visitor to purchase data through NCIC. 
• Visitors must create an account through NCIC to schedule remote visits. 
• If a no-contact order exists between the inmate and visitor, the visit will be denied. 
• Residents on probation or parole may have visitation and/or phone restrictions as directed by their probation/parole agent.
