Madison Man Arrested for 5th OWI Offense

Dane County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Madison man early Saturday morning for his 5th offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated. Rigoberto R. Martinez, 33, was arrested after a deputy traveling on Airport Rd. observed Martinez’s vehicle exit onto Airport Rd., from the eastbound on ramp to USH 12/18.
Martinez was booked into the Dane County Jail on a felony charge of Operating While Intoxicated and was also cited for Operating After Revocation and Traveling the Wrong Way on a Divided Highway.
